Water Softener

Water Softeners are the best solution in  Water Treatment  fields to produce good quality water ( filtered water ) from naturally available impure water. Water is contaminated naturally due to the presence of excess salts causing water hardness. Water hardness are caused by the presence of Calcium & Magnesium salts, which prevents the water from giving lather from soap and contribute to the hard behavior of water causing formation of scales in pipes and hot water storage and other ill-effects when compared to the pure soft water. The Hard water can be easily softened using Softener to produce High Quality Soft water.

Water contaminated two types of hardness.

• Temporary hardness and
• Permanent hardness.

Temporary hardness can remove by boiling but permanent hardness need to remove by cation resin exchange process. This process is called Water Softening by Water Softener.

Water Filter Cartridge

Manufacture & Provide good quality water filters for different applications, all water filter  products are accurately tested for quality and made with precision grade creating true gradient density which increases from outside to the center resulting in consistent reliable performance and extended filter life. Liquids pass through a long process of filtration where particles are trapped and sieved at different depths of filter cartridge.

The porosity and large internal volume ensure excellent solids holding capacity and the cartridges are designed to withstand temperature from 40o F to 180o F & can operate under high pressures.

All filter cartridges are compatible and carefully sized for the standard filter housing sizes manufactured by all filter housing manufacturers.

Cartridges are available in all micron ratings ranging from 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 25, 30, 50, 100 microns, in standard lengths 10(9.75), 20, 30 and 40 inches, with diameters of 2.5 and 4 inches. Custom length, diameter and micron rating can be made on special order.
