Some Regular Troubleshooting of RO plant Pre filters

BACKWASH PROCEDURE

Daily the Sand filter should be taken Backwash before starting the plant.

(The valves are labeled with numbers.)

1. Open Valves 2 and 4.
2. Close Valves 1,3 and 5
3. Start any one of the low pressure pump (LPP1 Or LPP2) in the hand mode
4. After 20 min stop the pump.

After Backwash instantly should be done.

RINSE PROCEDURE:

1. Open valves 1 and 3
2. Close Valves 2, 4 and 5
3. Start any one of the low pressure .pump (LPP1 or LPP2) in the hand mode.
4. After 10 min stops the pump

After Rinse start the Operation.

OPERATION PROCEDURE:

1. Open Valves 1 and 5
2. Close Valves 2, 3 and 4
3. Start any one of the low Pressure Pump (LPP1 or LPP2) in the Auto mode.
4. Start High pressure .Pump in auto mode.
